Scones

October 10, 2008 I was at school and I have foods right? Well in foods we learned how to cook the amazing food ever envented scones we learned how to cook them and mrs. manuela said it was the most dangerous reciepe that they have made in the past because you cook scones with some type of oil and if you mess around then the oil will eaisly get knocked off and give you a 3rd degree burn. Well back to my story, this chick in my group named lexi she tried cooking everysbody's scone and she didn't really follow mrs. manuela's directions because mrs. manuela told her to let the oil cool down a little bit because they had the oil on high when it was supposed to be on low well anyways didn't follow the her directions and started to cook scones and guess what happened? She burned a scone and nobody wanted to claim it so she was going to throw it away but lexi thought she was cool enough to out rool other people and try the ugly burnt scone so she tried it and she hurried and spit it out like no other. It was pretty funny. Then this other group right next to me was cooking theirs and caught theirs on fire and so it stunck really bad and the hole rest of the day everybody smelt like burned scones. It was not the best smell you would want to wear the rest of the day. I felt pretty embarrised the rest of the day. that is not what the scones we made looked like. i just found that picture on the internet. our scones actually looked wosre. But don't worry cuz i didn't help lexi and courney make them. I only take credit for getting the ingrdients ans the stuff to measure stuff for them. but it was a good thing i didn't even eat them:)
